If you do not have a Norwegian SSN, please email Frogner barnehagesøknad barnehageopptak@bfr.oslo.kommune.no (mailto:barnehageopptak@bfr.oslo.kommune.no)who will provide you with a temporary number to allow you to make your preschool application.

Our main intake is in August each year, however, FIP enrolls children throughout the year when vacancies arise.
